My Biography
Matt is a qualified Audiologist and Hearing Aid Dispenser registered with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC). He wears two hats, working for the NHS and supporting his family’s private audiology business, which has been running in Ferndown for nearly forty years.
Matt received a Distinction from De Montfort University in the summer of 2024 as a Hearing Aid Dispenser, and a BSc. in Healthcare Science with an Audiology specialism at Aston University in September 2025.
Matt has completed several ear wax removal training modules, including being signed off by De Montfort University in the summer of 2023, Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust in December 2023, and more recently by Clearwax using their iCLEARscope endoscope in March 2025.
After travelling the world selling software for the last twenty years, Matt has found his calling helping people in the Bournemouth area with their hearing health and managing their hearing loss. As a member of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists,, Matt is fully insured to deliver ear wax removal services and enjoys nothing more than a good chat with his patients, preferably after clearing their blocked ears.
