4. Specialist accounts

- Comply with all applicable laws and professional standards
We may suspend or remove access where these Terms are breached.
5. Lead generation services
We provide leads to Clearwax Specialists via:
- Telephone enquiries
- Email and contact form enquiries
Call tracking
We use Stride Communications to assign unique phone numbers and track calls made through the directory.
Call data may include:
- Caller phone number
- Time and date of call
- Duration
- Call status (answered/missed)
- Call ID
Email enquiries
Contact form submissions are processed and delivered using SendGrid and may be forwarded to relevant specialists.
Use of lead data
Lead data is used to:
- Connect users with specialists
- Provide analytics dashboards
- Track performance
- Calculate and invoice lead charges
Lead charging
Specialists agree that:
- Valid leads generated via the platform are chargeable
- Lead charges are payable according to agreed pricing models
We reserve the right to define and determine valid leads where disputes arise.

Specialists may be invoiced for:
