Kay earned her undergraduate at the University of Liverpool where she achieved a first class Bachelor of Science with Honours. She went on to graduate with a Merit in her Masters of Science degree in Audiology at the University of Manchester in 2009 and worked as an audiologist for the NHS for over 10 years before setting up Clear Ears.
